The product is suitable for overhead transmitting and distributing electric circuit.

六、Technical Properties

  1. ALtwisted wire andACSRDCresistances conform to stipulations in Tables 2 and 3 .

  2.  Surface of finished twisted wire should be bright and clean , excessive lubricated grease and flaws are not suitable for fine products nor a single broken wire in twisted wire should be allowed .

  3.  Elasticity and wire expansion coefficient ofALtwisted wire are as in Table 4 .

  4. ACSR elasticity and expansion coefficient are as in Table 5. Cross-sections for different aluminium and steel structures are also as in Table 5

七、Requirements for Delivered Products

  1. The length of deliveredALtwisted wire and ACSR reach the standards in Tables 2 and 3.Allowed deviation for any delivered twisted wire is ±5%. Delivered products with length less than one-third in the ±5% total delivered product is allowed. According to an agreement by both parties, delivered twisted wire with any length is allowed.

  2. Twisted wire should be delivered in coils .The distance between the last layer and outer board should be not less than30mmand packed well .The joint of two connected twisted wire should at least be cut a half the AL wire and the two ends of the joint be tightly tied together.

Short sections of twisted wire are allowed to be delivered in coils. Each coil should at least be tied up in three places and packed well.
